The USHCC HBE Elite Awards recognizes and celebrates annually businessmen and women who represent the best of the Hispanic business community. They are selected by our prestigious Procurement Council Advisory Board (PCAB). These enterprises are illustrative of the tremendous impact Hispanic businesses have on our nation’s economic prosperity, and a testament to the success of collaborating with corporate America through supplier diversity programs.
